PAUL EDWARDS, PRESIDENT
Cross Focus President Paul Edwards is a Professional Engineer and Project Controls professional. With a primary focus on Planning & Scheduling, Paul has further significant experience executing and facilitating quantity based Earned Value Progress Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, Cost Engineering, and Management of Change.
With nearly 25 years experience, Paul has been the Operator’s Home Office Planning Lead during the development phase of two major East Coast Canada offshore developments; Deep Panuke (2001-2009 ; ~$1 billion), and Hebron (2009-2016 ; ~$8 billion).
